2026 Beauty Trends We’re Paying Attention To
1. Targeted Skin Needling
Skin needling continues to lead when it comes to collagen stimulation, pigmentation support, scar revision, and hair regrowth — when performed correctly, with intention and proper spacing.
2. Hair Removal That’s Personalised
One method does not suit everyone. Waxing, sugaring, threading, and light-based hair reduction are chosen based on skin type, hair structure, and long-term goals — not trends.
3. Brow & Scalp Hair Regrowth Programs
Structured regrowth regimes using skin needling, LED therapy, and supportive protocols are becoming a cornerstone service for clients wanting real density, not cosmetic illusion.

Salon Etiquette Policy
To ensure a calm, professional environment for everyone:
• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• Please communicate with your therapist, you are open and welcome to discuss your desires, likes and dislikes.
• Children and additional guests are permitted with approval, we believe self care is a community adventure!
• Respect therapist instructions — they exist for your safety and results
• Maintain personal hygiene appropriate to the treatment booked
We operate as a professional treatment space, that is relaxed and welcoming of every-body every-shape and every-walk of life.

Booking Policy
How to Book
Clients may book:
• Online via our website THEWAXSTATION.com.au
• Through our personal booking app
• By contacting reception (often unstaffed) and leaving a message
• By texting 0434 649 241 during business hours
All messages will be responded to during open hours.
Deposits
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
• Deposits secure your appointment time

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
The Locked-In Period
The locked-in period begins 24 hours before your appointment time.
Outside the Locked-In Period
• You may reschedule as many times as needed
• Rescheduling can be done:
• Online via our website
• Through our app
• By phone message or text during business hours
Inside the Locked-In Period
• You may still reschedule or cancel
• The appointment will be recorded as a late-cancelation
• Your deposit will be forfeited
• A new deposit is required to rebook
Messages sent outside of business hours are not regarded as notice until they are received and read during business hours. If this falls within the 24-hour locked-in period, the appointment will be treated accordingly. For time-sensitive changes, clients must use the online booking system.
No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend and does not contact the salon:
• 100% of the booked service will be charged
This policy protects our therapists’ time and ensures fairness to all clients and ensure we are able to remain training.
