Can a Carbon Facial help with chicken skin on the arms (Keratosis Pilaris)?

Keratosis pilaris occurs when keratin (a natural skin protein) builds up and blocks hair follicles, creating rough, bumpy texture that often feels dry and looks uneven or red. It’s extremely common and completely harmless — but understandably frustrating.
